Ken Rel Bis : Hey this is Levi's aka ken rel bis a 18 years Kenyan gospel artiste with
lots of talent curently trending with my one song VISANGA which
has took me to a diffrent level i thank GOD for that and my fans for
support.

 2. You’re into music full-time or part-time?

Ken Rel Bis : am into music full-time because its like a job like any other and to me
its a job where i will earn a living and also its a ministry since i
want to give hope and change lives of many youths in the world.

3. What kind of music did you listen to growing up?

Ken Rel Bis : while i was growing i listened to alot of bongo flava since i was in
mombasa and bongo was the music being played alot but when i got born
again i started listening to lots of gospel songs.

4. Who are you listening to right now?

Ken Rel Bis : haha without a lie am listening to kuchu kuchu by bahati ft rabbit and wyre

5. How does that experience influence the recording process for your own music?

Ken Rel Bis : listening to lots of gospel music made me grow in writing music with a
good content

6. How do you define your musical style?
Ken Rel Bis : i do gospel hiphop poetry 

which am the only one doing it in the gospel ministry

 8. You know I was wondering if you always aspired to be musician, or did you ever dream of following a different path?

Ken Rel Bis : haha before i discovered my self i used to aspire to be an army and a
tax collector but while i was i class six i changed and i started to
like music until last year December when i started music officialy

9. What inspired your passion for music and who has been there supporting you from the beginning?

Ken Rel Bis : day to day activities aspires me to do music to tell people what is
write and wrong and give them conclusion jesus is the only answer...my
mother is the one who has been supporting me from the start till today

10. How do you feel about the music industry today?

Ken Rel Bis : the industry is growing big everyday to make it in this industry it
needs hard work and patience.

11. Who have you always dreamed of working with and why? How would you go about accomplishing this?

Ken Rel Bis : i would love to work with Solomon Mkubwa since music reaches more
older people and me am reaching young people so if we work together
we will reach all ages now am in the process of talking to him my
prayer is that he will accept.

12. How do you feel about people downloading music rather then buying physical copies?

Ken Rel Bis : its good people to download music on internet since its easy to reach your fans

13. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

Ken Rel Bis : five years from now am the next big thing in the world

collabos by more than 20 artistes.

University of Nairobi Vice Chancellor Peter Mbithi has informed the police he has been receiving death threats.
Prof Mbithi recorded a statement last Thursday following reports that some students and university staff have been meeting to plan attacks on him and the institution.
He first visited the Nairobi Area Directorate of Criminal Investigations offices to file his report and later a statement was recorded in his office.
Nairobi Head of DCI Nicholas Kamwende said they are investigating the allegations and have taken statements from the VC and other parties mentioned.
“The probe will cover many other areas to establish if the confessions made so far are true. We will talk to all concerned parties as part of our probe,” he said.

Inspiration fuels motivation. In that fashion, Ali Mbonde, popularly referred to as Kigoto is well grounded when it comes to that fact. To begin with, he is a skillful musician as well as a song writer. He is very conversant with the difficulties in the music industry. Iddiy Singer is a great artist hailing from the streets of Magongo in Mombasa west.He made ends meet through composing songs,making beats for different artists and using his earnings to finance his musical career.His first record, ‘Nitasonga’which was released in 2007 recorded at West Coast records was well received.An obvious underground hit it was.




The following year,he was recognised for his work and was approached by different artists from various places,expressing their interests  to work with him. He was employed at Johari Records as a producer and joined Vitukuu Flani the same year; a group of five hip hop artists and did an album ‘MasomoyaMsingi’,recorded at Blessed records in Mombasa. Their work got massive recognition at the coast.







In 2011, He made a firm decision to focus more on his  projects, and that’s when He hooked up with Flesh Skani and came up with ‘sikupendi’. He produced the song and recorded at Ufuoni records. A year later he was discovered by Tedd Josiah, one of Kenya's music industry pioneers.He did a single 'Usijali' which narrated his story as he navigated the music arena.




He was recognised across the country and some parts of East Africa for this.
By the end of 2014, he was no longer working with Tedd Josiah due to some unavoidable agreement issues on their deal.He was approached by an entertainment company called HourGlass254 which he has been working with in his new projects with Landan Balla. The list includes :
