Elders is a group made up of two talented worshipers that GOD is raising in
this generation to pour out his spirit of praise and worship through music.
•They
are singers and songwriters that strive to connect the hearts of men to the
presence of GOD, by their writing and singing prowess.
•Their
stage name was inspired by the 24 elders in the book of Revelation. Emmanuel Tabena and Chiza Musenge , who were
born in Democratic republic of Congo meet up in Kampala Uganda back in 2006 and
formed the group, later in 2008 they
moved to Nairobi Kenya to follow the voice of GOD.
•They
have been privileged to curtain raise in concerts for Uche Agu and L’or Mbongo
in Nairobi . They have collaborated with pastor marvelous Arunda,Emanuel
Ushindi and Tumaini Akilimali , who are well known in East Africa.
•The
year 2013 proved to be their successful year where they performed in the Saba
Saba trade affair(the biggest music festival in TZ) and msama promotions,
alongside big names like Rose muhando, Solomon Mkubwa,Ephraim Seleketi and
Solly sipho.
•They
have recently released their latest album titled ‘kilicho chako’ .Get their
music on youtube by typing the name ‘24 elders’.
